How much does property management cost?

Our standard fee is one month's rent for tenant placement, plus a 5–8% monthly management fee on collected rent (depending on the service tier). One-time legal and registration costs are billed at actuals. We share an exact quote after a property survey.

Which cities do you operate in?

We currently manage properties across Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension, Ghaziabad, and Yamuna Expressway. If your property is in another NCR pocket, ask us — we may be able to onboard with a small extension fee.

What types of properties do you manage?

Apartments, villas, builder floors, and commercial spaces. We do not currently manage paying-guest accommodations, hostels, or co-living formats.

How quickly can you find a tenant?

Most fully-priced, ready-to-move apartments find a tenant within 21–45 days. Premium properties priced above market can take longer; we'll be upfront about realistic timelines after the property survey.

What if a tenant defaults or damages the property?

Security deposit covers most damage. For non-payment, we handle written notices, legal escalation, and tenant exit. For damage beyond deposit we coordinate the repair, bill the tenant, and pursue recovery — keeping you informed at each step.

Can I get started even if my property is currently vacant or rented?

Yes. For vacant properties we begin with marketing and tenant placement. For already-tenanted properties we take over the existing arrangement after a brief handover from the previous manager or you directly.
